The Companies Behind Coastal Cabana
Qingjian Realty (South Pacific) Group Pte Ltd is the regional headquarters in Southeast Asia of the Qingjian Group’s real estate arm, developing residential, commercial and industrial property. Its entry in the brochure records that it launched The Visionaire, described as the first executive condominium fitted throughout with smart-home technology, and that it has consistently received the BCI Asia Top Ten Award, Asia Property Awards and BCA Awards; the brochure illustrates it with JadeScape.
Forsea Holdings Pte Ltd is, in the brochure’s words, a subsidiary of a globally renowned Fortune 500 construction group and an infrastructure powerhouse in China, with a large pool of engineering resources behind its homes; the brochure illustrates it with Hillock Green. ZACD and Jianan Capital complete the group named on the brochure’s developers page.

Coastal Cabana and the Developers’ Track Record
The two developments above are shown in the Coastal Cabana brochure as the partners’ earlier work; they are not part of Coastal Cabana. Qingjian Realty’s experience with executive condominiums runs back to The Visionaire, and its approach to smart homes carries through to the smart gateway, pre-arrival cooling and smart virtual doorman that the brochure lists for every home at Coastal Cabana.
The Site of Coastal Cabana
HDB, as the Government’s land sales agent, launched the Jalan Loyang Besar site for tender as executive condominium housing on 16 May 2024. The tender closed on 1 August 2024 and the site, of 28,405.5 square metres, was awarded on 16 August 2024 to CNQC Realty (Progressive) Pte. Ltd., Forsea Residence Pte. Ltd. and ZACD Laserblue Pte. Ltd. The 99-year lease began on 13 November 2024, and the brochure records the land as Lot 05452V of Mukim 31.
